FaithAdmin is a service provided by Infinity Curve FZCO. We want you to be completely satisfied with our services. This policy outlines when refunds are granted.

2. Free Trial

Our Growth plan includes a 14-day free trial. You can explore all features during this period without being charged. The Starter plan is free, while the Ministry plan requires payment from the start.

3. Subscription Refunds

We offer refunds in the following cases:

• Technical issues significantly impacting usage
• Billing errors or duplicate charges
• Service unavailability exceeding guaranteed uptime
• Cancellation within 48 hours of an initial paid subscription (post-trial)

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact our support team at billing@faithadmin.com. Include your account details and reason for your refund request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

• Partial months of service
• Add-on features or services
• Custom development work
• Services used beyond the 48-hour refund window

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. Processing time depends on your payment method and financial institution.
