Infinity Curve FZCO provides FaithAdmin as a cloud-based administrative dashboard and management system designed for faith-based organizations. Our platform includes features for member management, event scheduling, donation tracking, and communication tools. By accessing our platform, you agree to use these services in accordance with these terms.

2. Account Registration and Security

To access FaithAdmin, you must:

• Create an account with valid organization information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Ensure all account administrators comply with these terms
• Keep your organization's information up to date

3. Data Privacy and Security

We understand the sensitive nature of faith organization data. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. You retain ownership of all data you input into the system. We process and store this data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

4. Acceptable Use

When using FaithAdmin, you agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purposes
• Upload malicious code or attempt to breach our security
• Share access with unauthorized users
• Use the service to store or transmit inappropriate content
• Attempt to reverse engineer the platform

5. Subscription and Payments

Access to FaithAdmin requires a free or paid subscription. You agree to pay all fees according to your selected plan. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice. Refunds are handled according to our refund policy.

In order to provide secure payments, we use the global payment processor Paddle in our check-out on our website. With Paddle, you can choose to pay by card or other means. 6. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. We perform regular maintenance and updates to improve the platform. We will provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance whenever possible.

7. Third-Party Integrations

FaithAdmin may integrate with third-party services for additional functionality. Use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the functionality or security of third-party services.

8. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access for violations of these terms. Upon termination, you will have 30 days to export your data before it is permanently deleted from our systems.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of FaithAdmin after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
